BACKGROUND
When you’re the UK’s leading real estate investment trust, with a multi-million pound portfolio, only the most prestigious identity will do for your latest development. ‘One New Change’ was Land Securities’ premium office and retail destination near St. Paul’s Cathedral.

STRATEGY
With its extraordinary views of St Paul’s Cathedral and jewel-like fritted glass WMH described One New Change of ‘wonderment’ in honour of the schemes’ brilliant luminosity.

SOLUTION
WMH’s diamond-cut logotype pays homage to the glass construction, translating it across site hoardings with arresting trompe l’oeil facets and a series of compelling one-liners. A dazzling colour palette and fashion-shoot styling represents the retail half of the identity and cool metallic hues with striking architectural photography embodies the office half. Beautifully produced books, a stunning online experience and a spectacular marketing suite completed the project.
